Reiss’ previous learning platform was extremely limited in terms of functionality, and it simply didn’t inspire them. With their team’s professional progression at the top of their priority list, they had no choice but to search for a new vendor. Having left their previous platform behind, Reiss is ready to fully lean into Thrive’s AI capabilities, and make use of the new suite of tools and features. The AI search function and WhatsApp coach will deliver dynamic and instant answers instantly – so their people can spend less time searching, and more time progressing in their roles.
