Where are your data centres?

Our platform is hosted and managed within Amazon’s secure data centres using Amazon Web Services (AWS). This allows us to extend their exceptional compliance program to our clients, including: SOC 1/ISAE 3402, SOC 2, SOC 3 FISMA, DIACAP, and FedRAMP PCI DSS Level 1 ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018

How do you ensure data protection?

With the help of industry experts and regular internal assessments, we ensure compliance with all relevant global data protection legislation. Keeping up to date with any changes to make it as easy as possible for our customers to fulfil their obligations when using our system.

What information security policies and certifications do you hold?

The security of our customer’s data is a top priority at Thrive, considered at all stages of business. We have a dedicated team devoted to the continuous improvement and monitoring of our security posture. We’re proud to be ISO27001 certified since 2019 as proof of our ongoing commitment to the protection of our customers.

What formats do you need the data in to migrate?

The metadata required alongside the files would be: Unique Identifier File name Content Title (3 - 100 characters) Description (Up to 1000 characters) publishedAt (Date) Language (if applicable.) File name is important and can be used as the ID between the file and the metadata.

What other LMS Platforms can you migrate from?

We can migrate from any LMS, LXP or learning platform you’re using. As long as we have cooperation from your current provider and you have the right agreement in place for us to access and transfer your data over, we can do it.

Does Thrive have a mobile app?

Yes! Not only is Thrive completely responsive, but we also have a mobile app which enables front line employees to make the best use of the platform wherever they work. Download this on the App Store or Google Play Store.

Do you support single-sign-on (SSO) and integrations?

Yes, single-sign-on comes as standard with Thrive giving your learners a seamless log-in experience and we also support non-email users. For integrations, we support the following standards for integrations of various kinds: SAML2, SCIM2, xAPI and SCORM 1.2. Alongside these, we offer a webhook interface for performing various actions and a RESTful API for querying data on the system. This gives you the freedom to integrate a variety of tools such as HR systems, CRMs, data analysis tools and comms tools such as Teams and Slack.

What languages does Thrive support?

Thrive auto-detects language preferences and is available in 20+ different languages including English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and many more.

How long does it take to migrate and implement?

The time it takes to complete migration and onboarding depends on your involvement and speed in which we can access the data from your current platform. We typically see companies who are focused complete the transition within two and a half months but others may take longer depending on your migration and implementation approach. Fun fact: Our quickest implementation has been 30 days and the longest 126 days!

What content types does Thrive support?

SCORM, PDFs, MP3, webpages, MP4, YouTube, web-links, questions, articles, quizzes, broadcasts and so much more.

Can Thrive replace my LMS?

Thrive has replaced hundreds of traditional LMSs migrating customers from Learning Pool, Kallidus, SAP Litmos, Looop, Totara, Fuse, Cornerstone and so many more. Our modern-day learning platform combines all the compliance requirements of the traditional LMS with features such as AI-powered personalisation, user-generated content, comms, skills and a social media-like user experience. However, we understand sometimes a platform can be very embedded into your organisation. Although it performs best alone, Thrive can be plugged over the top of an existing LMS, ensuring you can still give your learners that stellar, modern learning experience.
