How long do the programmes last?

The duration is flexible and can be adapted to your organisation’s goals. Because the content is modular, programmes can run as short cycles or longer development journeys.

Can we measure the impact of mentoring?

Yes. All programmes include tools for reflection, progress tracking and documenting learning outcomes. Higher tiers also include engagement data, success stories and recommendations for future cohorts.

Do you offer support during onboarding and launch?
