Resources were tight
One hurdle stood in the way of Gü and the digital learning culture they wanted to create, and that was the lack of an established L&D team. So Suzanne Wood joined as Learning and Development Manager to help set the wheels in motion, but as the only full-time member of the L&D team, her capacity to create training materials was limited.
Enter Thrive Content
With 900+ CPD accredited learning resources, 80+ prebuilt learning pathways and the promise to fill any content gaps for free, Gü chose Thrive Content over the likes of OpenSesame and Trainers’ Library because it offered a wide range of engaging, important topics at a price point that made sense. What’s more, because Thrive Content also includes strategy workshops, campaign plans, webinars, ready-to-go question banks, bonus assets and regular reviews to maximise learner engagement, the partnership gives Gü the capabilities and output of a much larger L&D team.
Content gaps? We’ll fill them for free
The topics topping Gü’s wishlist included wellbeing, mental health awareness, diversity, negotiating, presenting, leadership/management and resilience - all of which Thrive Content covered in depth. Still, there were a few content gaps that needed filling, particularly around manufacturing-specific food safety and quality training. So we worked in partnership with Gü and their subject matter experts to add this content to the offering. In doing so we’ve created a customer-driven roadmap, tailored to their specific needs - and we’re filling those gaps for free.
