Thank you for your interest in working and recruiting with Thrive. We’re excited to partner with recruiters who share our passion for finding the best talent and want to work alongside us as a long-term partner. Here’s everything you need to know about our standard terms:

Our terms

• Fee structure: Thrive offers a competitive and non-negotiable 15% fee for every successful placement.

• Guarantee period: We operate with a 6-month free replacement policy. If a candidate you place with us leaves within six months, we’ll expect a replacement at no additional cost.
  ‍
• Exclusivity: Thrive reserves the right to work with multiple recruiters for the same roles and will negotiate with you directly on a period of exclusivity if it's relevant.

These terms are the foundation for us to build long-term, successful partnerships with new recruiters across different specialisms and industries.
