Thrive Code of Conduct

Last updated 23/10/2024

At Thrive, we’re dedicated to fostering an inclusive, respectful and safe workplace for our team and those who work with us, including our customers and suppliers.

Our culture and principles are built on mutual respect and looking out for each other. Therefore, we expect all people who work for and with us to uphold these standards.

These are the non-negotiables that all of our customers and suppliers are asked to adhere to.

Equality

We're all about equal opportunities. When you work with us, we expect your workplaces to be free from any kind of discrimination or harassment. Treat our team fairly, respectfully, and with the dignity they deserve—no exceptions.

Sexual harassment

Sexual harassment of any kind is not accepted or tolerated. If any of our team members feel intimidated or harassed, we have clear reporting procedures in place to not only handle it but also provide the support and care necessary.

Bribery, corruption and anti-tax avoidance

We’re committed to conducting business with integrity. Priding ourselves with honesty and transparency, we won’t accept bribes, nor will we agree to enter into any arrangements considered as tax avoidance.

We love building relationships, so we host events and share thank-you gifts from time to time with customers and suppliers. But we comply with legislation—always.

Modern slavery

We’re serious about the elimination of modern slavery in all forms. We may carry out due diligence on those who work with us to ensure that they are compliant with modern slavery legislation.

Data privacy and security

When working with and/or for us, you’re trusted to handle any sensitive data with care and integrity. That means keeping customer, team, and business information private, safe and secure.  We expect our partners to follow all the same relevant data protection laws and protocols too.

If these non-negotiables are ever crossed, we have the right and will end our relationship and/or contract immediately.
