Injazat attended the People Development Summit in Dubai last year, with the intention to meet a variety of Learning Platform Vendors. Going live in just 6 weeks, the team worked together on a successful launch campaign that saw up to 75% adoption and gave their 800+ learners access to content from an all-in-one home for learning.
Since launch, Injazat has focussed on delivering engaging campaigns to their learners. These campaigns are linked to identifiable skill gaps and learning pathways, bursting with Thrive Content resources and expert-led content on topics that truly matter to the business.
Looking ahead to an exciting future
Effective leadership is one of the crucial parts of Injazat's overall employee experience. With Thrive in place, they now have the ability to target relevant audiences, deliver carefully curated programs, and host monthly campaigns on their ten leadership principles. These cover topics such as meeting culture, leading through change and coaching to bring out the best in others.
The Learning Team at Injazat is now working on a seamless integration with Thrive and Udemy to pull in even more fresh, curated content their learners can discover and engage with at their own pace. In order to drive their learners forward for the new year, they're also actively scheduling new campaigns and content.
