Centralising a place for learning & communication

MyTutor wanted to provide wider access to a range of development opportunities for their 300+ people and as they were scaling so fast, they needed to overhaul Google Drive and streamline their learning into one place that would allow their staff to learn, connect and upskill.

After considering a range of different LMS's, the team at MyTutor knew they needed something with a second-to-none user experience that would help them deliver engaging and blended learning journeys. Since deciding to implement Thrive, the team at MyTutor has overhauled onboarding from a PowerPoint to an interactive learning pathway packed with different blended resources and events. They can now easily track completions, communicate policies and connect people to each other in one place - meaning their new starters are getting up to speed faster! 

Bringing in Thrive Content

In order to meet the demand for content the business was craving, the team at MyTutor needed an off-the-shelf learning solution along with their Learning Platform. But their requirements for volume needed to be backed up by quality, and more importantly be relevant to and engaging for their people. Enter Thrive Content. 

With interactive quizzes, an extensive range of titles and media available and a service to map learning campaigns and pathways, they knew this would be the solution. It not only fills their content gaps, but they also have the support to map and create learning journeys which now make up 50% of their Learning Platform.

Getting implementation right was key for MyTutor to get off to a flying start. The team at Thrive not only delivered training through interactive workshops, but helped carve out a marketing campaign for launch to ensure the best interaction from the get go. 

MyTutor’s Platform is instrumental to keep employees up to date, engaged and informed with upskilling opportunities, business updates, and career progression. Since Go Live they’ve seen 96% adoption, 13K social interactions, 35K content views, and 13K+ content completions with an impressive 3,600 logins during this period.
